Wonderful opportunity for Architect / Interior Architect to work for small boutique, design lead practice.
Your role will involve taking brief from practice Director and developing it to come up with concept design ideas based on the functionality and structure of building project.
The practice has won 2 new projects one of which is refurbishing the existing building and the other is complete new build.
The role:
- hands on role and not managerial working under the guidance of Director
- good knowledge of materials / furniture / detailing
- the brief might evolve in the future and would be great at adapting.
- Autocad , SketchUP, Adobe Suite
Ideal candidate will have proven portfolio of contemporary residential and commercial projects experience.
