The Role
As an Architect you will play a key role in designing cutting-edge workplace environments for a variety of high-profile clients. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring designs meet client expectations and align with the company’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee workplace design projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs, timelines, and budgets.
Concept Development: Create and present innovative design concepts that align with client goals and industry trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, and in-house teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
Technical Design: Produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into designs.
Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and building standards.
About You
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on workplace or commercial projects.
Qualifications: ARB-registered Architect with a recognized degree in Architecture.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of BIM processes is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative workplace designs.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
